An attractive vintage set in very good condition. Burgess and Bowes published a number of different sets of Midget Classics. This is a slightly confusing set in that they published 12 Shakespeares uniform with this set and I have seen a similar set containing 12 volumes. However, this set is definitely in its original box (Nigel Quiney Designs paper) and the books fit snugly, i.e. there isn't a volume missing, so this particular set seems to have been produced as 11 volumes.
