How long we will keep your personal information

We retain your information for purposes which determine the period of time for which we need to keep such information:

  • To allow for simplified ordering for returning customers, we keep customer contact information for an indefinite period, unless requested to delete the information by the customer or their legal representatives. Customer contact information is only ever used at the customer's request, is never used proactively by us and is never shared with any other party.
  • Financial payment information is never stored once an order, and payment, have been successfully processed. 

 

Protection of your personal information

The personal information that you provide in connection with the use of this site is protected in several ways:

  • Access by you to your account profile is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. The password is encrypted. You should strive to use a strong, alpha-numeric password which you should not divulge to anyone.

  • Your personal information is encrypted whenever it is transmitted to us.
  • When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that informtaion using transport layer security technology.
