Matt pictorial boards. First published in 1965; this copy is not a first edition but is a very early printing from c. 1966. A really nice, clean and tight copy. Near fine condition. Binding firm and pages bright. No previous owner's names, inscriptions or other marks. No handling creases to pages. Printed price of 2/6 inside. Tally of over 180 available Ladybird titles mentioned on the back cover (I believe the first edition had a tally of 150). No other titles listed on the back.
