Hardback. Black cloth, gilt titles, decoration to spine . Spine ends and corners frayed. Surface split to the cloth at the top of the rear joint (approx. 1cm). Abrasion to the rear pastedown - looks like a label has been removed. There is a stamp on the title page for Undergraduate Library, University of Kansas. pp. xxxiv, 179. Some notes written in pen on the rear free endpaper. The binding is firm. A quite acceptable reading or reference copy.
