Both volumes are second printings; the second volume was first published in 1965 and this is the 2nd printing of 1966. Untrimmed / deckled edges. Black cloth and red cloth respectively. Both volumes are in very good, clean condition; no previous owner's names, inscriptions or other marks. The dust jacket of the earlier volume has some stains to the front cover and a few tears to the edges. The dust jacket of the later volume has just a couple of short nicks to the edges. pp. xii, 224; 274. The dust jackets are supplied by us in a loose protective clear archival film sleeve. This does not adhere to the book or jacket in any way and protects the jacket against wear.
