Hardback. 3rd impression. Original green cloth. The boards are a little bruised and rubbed at the spine ends and slightly faded at the spine. Previous owner's name, address and date written on the front endpaper - the book appears to be from the collection of the late theologian C. H. Dodd, bearing his signature, Mansfield College Oxford address and date of Jan 2016, on the front endpaper. Foxing to endpapers and endpapers. Slight superficial cracks to the front inner hinge. The binding is quite firm. Deckled page edges. Frontispiece portrait plate and tissue guard (tissue guard has browned). pp. xxiii, [3], 736, [4].
