Binding: Hard Cover

Book Condition: Very Good

Size 8vo - over 7" - 9" tall

Publisher Cambridge Privately Printed 1949

Inventory No. 032804

A very nice copy of this scarce book, which was privately printed 'for friends in printing & publishing' by the university printer, Christmas 1949. The print run was limited to 250 copies. Green cloth spine with marbled boards. The boards are very slightly rubbed to the extremeties and there is a small patch of discoloration / abrasion to the front board, but this is quite hard to see. A few very light foxing spots to the endpapers, but the pages are very clean and free from names or annotation. The original folded facsimile reproduction of the Baskerville types is still in its pocket on the rear pastedown and is in fine condition. 37pp.
