An EX-LIBRARY copy but quite clean, excepting the usual library marks. Hardback, with dust jacket. First published in 1969; this is the 1976 reprint - No. 12 in the Kaye & Ward Early Bird Series. Some abrasions to the front endpaper where it looks like labels have been removed, a small purple mark to the top edge of the front endpaper and faint old pencil pricemark. Strips of tape residue (sellotape removed) on the two pastedowns - light marks only where a dust jacket cover would have been taped to the inside of the boards. A library stamp at the bottom edge of the title page. The pages are otherwise clean except for a small brown stain to the bottom margin edge of pages 63 and 64 (and very lightly to pages 65-68). The dust jacket is bright and clean; very minor rubs to a couple of corners and some light indentations to the front cover where it looks like the book has been used as a writing rest.
