Hardback with dust jacket. 2nd edition. Blue cloth; a small mark on the rear board and faded patch on the front board which corresponds to loss to the dust jacket. Gift inscription inside, plus another previous owner's signature. Some foxing to the f.e.p. and to the dust jacket. The dust jacket has marks, rubs to all edges, a couple of short tears and significant loss to the top edge of the front cover. Price clipped. The dust jacket is now supplied by us in a loose protective clear archival film sleeve.
