It is possible that it may have had a preliminary page, but if it did have then it's been neatly removed. I cannot be sure as I do not have a comparison copy. Interior binding staples have rusted. There are rubs and small nicks to the dust jacket edges, a one inch tear to the bottom edge and same to top of spine, a couple of small chips, and a small section missing from the tail of the spine. The reaf flyleaf of the DJ is a little creased. Not clipped, the DJ is now protected in a fully removable clear film sleeve. No names or inscriptions.
