Hardback with dust jacket. Original black boards. There is a pale stain to the boards at the base of the spine. The stain is more noticeable to the dust jacket in the same place. There is also a very pale stain to the outer closed textblock page edges at the top edge and to a lesser extent to the foredge side as well. This only affects the closed textblock edge and is not visible to page margins. The binding is firm and inner hinges are very good. No previous owner's names, inscriptions or other marks. A little light foxing. The dust jacket has a few short tears, light marks, the stain already mentioned to the base of the spine, and a rubbed patch on the spine obscuring part of the title.
