Hardback with dust jacket. First published in 1930; this edition 1957. Original blue boards. In very good, clean condition. The binding is firm. No previous owner's names or inscriptions. A little very light foxing to the outer closed textblock page edges. The dust jacket has a couple of short tears and some minor creasing to the edges. pp. 192. Dust jacket not price clipped. The dust jacket is supplied by us in a loose protective clear archival film sleeve. This does not adhere to the book or jacket in any way and it protects the jacket against wear. Charteris, Leslie Hodder and Stoughton London 1951 Hardcover Good Very Good Book 12mo - over 6 - 7" tall 
Hardback with dust jacket. New, reset edition; was first published in 1937. Original blue boards; very lightly bruised at the spine ends. Name and address blocked out in black marker pen on the front endpaper. Small bump to the bottom corner of a few pages. Foxing to the outer closed textblock page edges. The binding is firm. Yellow dust jacket has some light greyish discolouration, number 17 written in small neat writing on the spine, some short tears and rubs to the edges, and heavy rubs and 1cm tears to the top of the spine, with minor loss. Front flap not price clipped. pp. 255. The dust jacket is supplied by us in a loose protective clear archival film sleeve.
