Some light foxing to the front endpaper and pastedown; heavier foxing to the rear pastedown and endpaper. Pages are otherwise clean, if age-toned / tanned. The binding is nice and firm. No previous owner's names, inscriptions or other marks. Dust jacket design by Clifford and Rosemary Ellis. First edition. pp. xv, 312, plates. The dust jacket is rubbed at the edges, with chips and minor loss at the spine ends. Foxing to the back cover of the dust jacket and rear flap. Front flap not price clipped [21s].
