Hardback with dust jacket. 2nd impression. Both the book and dust jacket are in very good, clean condition. Original blue boards. Top edge blue. The binding is firm and square. No previous owner's names, inscriptions or other marks. Fold out map at the back has a couple of creases to the edges but otherwise very good. The laminate of the dust jacket is just a little wrinkled on the front cover in a few places. Front flap of the dust jacket price clipped. pp. 365.
