Appears to be bound from a periodical. Written in six parts with varying pagination. No publication details. Just before the first page and bound into the book are two small booklets - 'The Times: Details of the Plan to Ensure its Future Political Independence in the National Interests' and 'A Few Notes on the Times'. The binding is in red cloth with gilt titles to the spine. The covers are lightly rubbed with a little very light sun-bleaching. Internally the endpapers are browned and there is some scattered foxing. Otherwise unmarked. 015905
