About Books & Ink Bookshop
Run by proprietors Samantha Barnes and Sheryl Root, Books & Ink is a traditional independent bookshop, situated in the market town of Banbury, just on the edge of the Cotswolds.
We stock over 30,000 books - new and old, antiquarian, second-hand, brand new, remaindered (publisher's end of line stocks). We price check our stock regularly and you'll find our prices very competitive! If you're looking for a book, and we don't have it in stock, we are more than happy to order it in for you, either brand new if it's still in print, or through an out-of-print no obligation booksearch. Being booklovers ourselves we know how important it is to find the right book and we will do everything we can to help you. For more information on booksearches please click here.
Approximately half of our stock is available online - to view or purchase through our website. If you are looking for a book and don't see it here, please get in touch - we may still have a copy in our shop.
Directions to the bookshop can be found here.

Supporters of Registered Charity, Book Aid International
In our Banbury shop we provide for our customers a complimentary tea and coffee service (self-service), for which we request a small charitable donation. All of the monies raised through this service are then donated to Book Aid International.
Book Aid International promotes literacy in developing countries by creating reading and learning opportunities for disadvantaged people, in order to help them realise their potential and eradicate poverty. View their website http://www.bookaid.org/
